All Standard Shipping is dispatched via DPD, FedEx or Trakpak and the final mile can be completed by your local postal service. Orders are dispatched Monday- Friday. If your order is placed before 11am it will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 11am it will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that Saturday is not classed as a working day so if your order is placed at 11am on a Friday it will be dispatched Monday.

All Express Worldwide shipments are dispatched via DHL Express offering the fastest possible shipping solution. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification from DHL (On Demand Delivery) DHL On Demand Delivery will then keep you fully up to date via e mail or SMS on the preferred shipping date, time and final mile option, if this doesn’t fit your schedule that’s ok, you are in control and have the ability to change to an option that suits you for no additional costs DHL On demand provides the below free delivery options:

  • Deliver my package on another day
  • Schedule Delivery Deliver my package to another address
  • Alternative delivery to work or family Delivery my package at a safe place
  • Authorise shipment release Deliver my package with a neighbour
  • Leave with Neighbour, Reception or Guard Delivery my package to a DHL Service Point
  • Hold locally for collection Request to hold my package
  • Vacation hold for us to 30 days

This service gives you full control to never miss a delivery and will update you on delivery progress. Orders are dispatched Monday- Friday. If your order is placed before 11am it will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 11am it will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that Saturday is not classed as a working day so if your order is placed at 11am on a Friday it will be dispatched Monday. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on a bank holiday, so please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Please track your parcel via the tracking link received in your shipping confirmation email. As we're unable to keep track on each individual parcel if there are any issues with your tracking information please contact us at ContactME@problogroup.com and we will be happy to help.

The prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. You will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your parcel. Our website allows you to pay shipping customs for specfic countries during checkout, this helps simplify the process. If you refuse to accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to Pro Blo Group. You will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return. The costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds that are owed to you.

All order placed Monday - Friday before 11am will be dispatched the same working day. You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been process, packed and dispatched.
