Hydration Boost:

Watermelon is so hydrating and refreshing. It's also 92% water! Watermelon is great for combatting water retention and bloating. Because it contains lycopene, it’s a strong antioxidant that is amazing for decreasing inflammation.

Adding basil into the mix creates an crazy anti-inflammatory drink. With its antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, basil can really help improve skin and regulate oil production. If your skin is oily, this is a great drink for you.

Recipe: 2-3 cups of watermelon, a good handful of basil leaves and 1 liter of filtered water. Refrigerate and leave to infuse for a minimum of three hours.

You may have had a version of this drink at in some city restaurants. Well, it's super beneficial for your health because lemons are the ultimate detoxifier for your body and your skin. Mint is also amazing as it contains powerful antibacterial properties and is packed with antioxidants.

Recipe: Cut two lemons in half and squeeze the juice into a jug, add one finely chopped cucumber and a handful of mint leaves and leave to infuse. Add lemon slices to taste.

Apples contain several nutrients including Vitamin C that synthesizes collagen, giving your skin a glowing, youthful appearance. It makes fast recovery of damaged cells and gives you a flawless complexion. On the other hand, cinnamon improves the circulation of the blood and helps to get rid of pimple and acne breakouts.

Recipe: cut apples into thin slices and add to water, add a pinch of cinnamon. Leave in the fridge to infuse for a few hours. When ready, strain the water and pour into a fresh container. Add more apples and cinnamon if needed.
